Hi, I'm Sherry Bean

I love the color orange: My car, clothes and a special little orange haired granddaughter.

I was there for the birth of my first granddaughter. Granddaughter #2, our tiny orange haired princess, took us all by surprise and came a bit early. Then when little brother was added to the mix, my family bought me a camera and BeanSprout Photography was born.

My photography journey was a bit of a strange road. We had moved away from Iowa, where we were born and raised, to TN. While there I took a seasonal position at the local mall managing the Easter Bunny photo booth. I ended up doing 8 seasons of Easter Bunny and Santa Claus photos. Believe me, I have seen children and adults at their worst, but my grandkids knew Grandma really did have a direct line to call Santa!

During the break in between seasons, I saw that the local hospital was looking for someone to take Newborn baby photos. After lots of training in baby safety, newborn posing, photography, sales, and lots of hospital stuff I was ready to go. Then, as we all know when around babies, I was hooked.

Now BeanSprout Photography is my focus and I would love for you and your babies to become a part of my journey.
